Naturalizer International Stores co-ordinated with independent owners around the world in over 55 countries as partners to open new Naturalizer stores and Shop-in-shops. Working with the marketing team and the domestic Visual Merchandising team I updated and maintained our International Visual Merchandising and Store Design Standards. I produced design layouts, spcifications and specialty fixture designs for each partner to share with production/construction partners in their country, seasonal window, shelf and table displays, material substitution approvals and specialty window display concepts.
