Design Development + Visual Merchandising
Design and planning for renovation for the Yellow Springs Brewery Taproom & Kitchen in Clintonville, coordinating production, deliveries and merchandise wall installation. After selling to wholesale accounts throughout Columbus with great response, Yellow Springs Brewery took an opportunity to take over a restaurant location in the Clintonville neighborhood of Columbus.
Translating the brand look and feel of the brewery while considering the Columbus market, we focused largely on keeping things friendly, accessible, comfortable and cozy. The space includes a large wrap around center bar in the taproom, covered patio and rooftop patio with outside access.
AFTER
A merchandise wall replaced a waiting area between the bar and kitchen. Using a combination of cleated cube storage, mannequin forms and shelves with hang bars allowed us to create a clean, easy to access shopping experience for our customers within the budget.
